1. No Refund Policy
- All purchases made on www.cacmatestseries.com are non-refundable once access is provided.
- This includes:
- Mock Test Series (Chapter-wise, Full Syllabus, MCQ)
- Mentorship Plans and Strategy Sessions
- Evaluated Answer Sheets or Custom Feedback Services
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong product selection
- Missed deadlines for test submissions
2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
- If you are charged more than once for the same order or face a payment failure, we will investigate and process a refund of the extra amount within 7–10 working days.
- Please report such issues with payment proof to support@cacmatestseries.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Test papers or answer sheets are delivered/downloaded
- Mentorship sessions are scheduled or completed
- We do not allow cancellation of subscriptions or bundled packages after access is granted.
4. System Incompatibility Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for refunds or cancellations due to:
- Slow or unstable internet on the user's side
- Incompatibility with mobile browsers or devices
- Inability to open test papers due to outdated PDF readers or email delivery issues
